Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainable Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable practices across our diverse portfolio of franchises and chains.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable business development strategies aligned with our corporate social responsibility goals.
Identify and analyze opportunities to enhance sustainability efforts within our franchise and chain operations.
Create partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and industry stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable initiatives into day-to-day operations.
Educate and train employees on sustainable practices and their importance.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and develop reports to communicate progress.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainable business development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Studies, or related field.
Prior experience in sustainable business development, corporate social responsibility, or environmental consulting.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, green certification programs, and sustainable practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team.
