Provide personalized wellness coaching to clients, assisting them in achieving their health and beauty goals through holistic approaches.
Develop and implement innovative wellness programs that align with New Century Resources' commitment to sustainability and social impact.
Conduct thorough assessments and create customized wellness plans based on clients' individual needs.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the industry and bring creative ideas to enhance our services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Background in the fields of beauty, aesthetics, or personal care, with a strong understanding of holistic health and wellness.
Proven experience as a wellness coach or similar role, empowering individuals to achieve their health objectives.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.
Passionate about sustainability and social responsibility, demonstrating a commitment to making a positive impact on society and the environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex wellness concepts in an easily understandable manner.
