As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance and support to our members in the Construction/Real Estate sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with members in the industry, understanding their unique financial needs, and offering tailored solutions
- Assisting members with mortgage applications, construction loans, and other financial products
- Providing expert advice on investment opportunities and financial planning
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to better serve our members
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the Construction/Real Estate industry and its financial requirements. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with our members and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a financial institution or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide accurate recommendations
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Mortgage Agent License) are preferred
