As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance and support to our members in the Construction/Real Estate sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining relationships with members in the industry, understanding their unique financial needs, and offering tailored solutions
Assisting members with mortgage applications, construction loans, and other financial products
Providing expert advice on investment opportunities and financial planning
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to better serve our members

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of the Construction/Real Estate industry and its financial requirements. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with our members and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a financial institution or related field
Strong knowledge of financial products and services
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyze financial data and provide accurate recommendations
Proficiency in using financial software and tools
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Mortgage Agent License) are preferred
