Job Description

Ensure compliance with multicultural regulations, standards, and best practices
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Conduct internal investigations and audits to assess legal compliance
Provide training and support to employees on multicultural matters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives

Qualifications

Background in law, with experience in multicultural or equality law
Strong understanding of regulations and legal frameworks related to diversity and inclusion
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in multiple languages preferred
