As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our service offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote our organization's services.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential business opportunities in our target market
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Negotiate and close deals with clients
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record in business development or sales roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the local business landscape in Nakuru
