Position Overview:

At Munkfors bruk AB, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products throughout our organization.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate inventory management and monitor stock levels
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
Manage transportation and logistics activities
Analyze data and provide insights to optimize supply chain processes
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using supply chain software and MS Office Suite
Fluent in written and spoken English, Swedish proficiency is a plus
Experience with international trade and customs regulations is desirable
