Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products to maintain a competitive advantage

Requirements:

Proven work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail industry
