Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance service offerings
Identify market trends and customer needs to drive service optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service innovation projects
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys
Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of service strategies
Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in strategy development and implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
