Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable manufacturing strategies to minimize our environmental impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, considering energy efficiency and waste reduction.
Research and introduce innovative materials and technologies that align with our sustainability goals.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and certifications.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the manufacturing operations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate community outreach programs and volunteer initiatives related to environmental causes.
Contribute to the development of sustainability reports and communication materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a sustainability-focused role.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
