We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join our team in the dynamic role of Fast-Food Operations Specialist. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-food franchises across Jönköpings län, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with franchise owners to develop and implement effective operational strategies
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Provide training and support to franchisees and their staff
Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and assist in resolving any issues or concerns
Stay updated with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our franchise operations

Qualifications:

Prior experience in the fast-food or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Flexibility to travel within Jönköpings län for on-site visits
