Responsibilities:

Assist in legal research and drafting various documents
Support the legal team in contract management and administration
Conduct due diligence and review legal agreements and policies

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Admission to the bar and possession of a valid practicing certificate
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
