Position: Global Supply Chain Coordinator

At Ocean Tracking Network, we specialize in tracking and monitoring marine animals globally. As a Global Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of equipment, resources, and data necessary for our research projects worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the procurement, shipping, and delivery of tracking devices, sensors, and related equipment to OTN research sites across the globe.
Collaborate with international suppliers and freight forwarders to optimize logistics and transportation processes.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and manage customs documentation.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking device serial numbers, maintenance logs, and calibration schedules.
Monitor shipment timelines, resolve any issues that arise, and communicate updates to the project teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in an international setting.
Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
