Your Role:

Providing technical support and training to farmers
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance crop yield
Evaluating and recommending environmentally friendly pest control methods
Monitoring and assessing the impact of agricultural practices on the environment

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture or rural development
Strong knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and crop management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
A keen interest in promoting sustainable agricultural practices
