Position: Compliance Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. As a Compliance Specialist at Vanboeijen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards without directly including Legal/Law terminology.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance and advice on compliance-related matters
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
Monitor and analyze compliance data to identify areas for improvement
Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to staff
Stay updated with relevant regulations and legislation

Requirements:

Previous experience in a related role, ensuring compliance within a regulated industry
Familiarity with governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high ethical standards
