We're Hiring: Sustainable Tourism Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable tourism strategies, initiatives, and policies
Conduct environmental impact assessments and promote responsible practices
Collaborate with industry partners to create sustainable vacation packages
Educate and train staff, partners, and customers on sustainable tourism practices
Manage and analyze data related to sustainability and develop reports
Stay up to date with current sustainability trends and integrate them into our operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, tourism management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in the tourism industry
Proven track record of implementing sustainable practices in a tourism context
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and international standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and German; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
