Position: Strategic Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Utilize data-driven insights to identify market trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
Develop and implement comprehensive data collection strategies and methods.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to guide business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.
Create and maintain statistical models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
Design and execute surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and propose innovative research methods.
Prepare visually appealing and informative reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline).
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Knowledge of the Emilia-Romagna market and banking sector is an advantage.
