Position: Strategic Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify market trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive data collection strategies and methods.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to guide business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Create and maintain statistical models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Design and execute surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection methods.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and propose innovative research methods.
- Prepare visually appealing and informative reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of the Emilia-Romagna market and banking sector is an advantage.
