Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage guest check-in and check-out processes with utmost efficiency.
Ensure smooth operations of all guest services, including reservations, requests, and inquiries.
Collaborate with various departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain an organized database of guest information and preferences to personalize their experience.
Create and distribute welcome packages, ensuring that they reflect the warmth and professionalism of our establishment.
Assist with managing room inventory, including scheduling cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Support the marketing team by contributing to social media efforts, writing blog posts, and enhancing our online presence.
Help improve overall guest satisfaction by gathering feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office suite.
Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
A passion for providing outstanding hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
