Position: Community Engagement Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Engagement Manager to lead our efforts in promoting active living and wellness within the community. Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement strategies to engage the community in sports and fitness activities
- Collaborate with local sports organizations, fitness professionals, and community leaders to organize events and programs
- Create and manage partnerships to support our initiatives
- Develop and deliver educational workshops on the importance of physical activity
- Coordinate volunteers and facilitate their involvement in community events
- Manage social media platforms to promote sports and fitness activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community engagement or a related field
- Passion for sports, fitness, and promoting an active lifestyle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in German and English (both spoken and written)
- Flexible work style and ability to adapt to changing priorities
