Position: Hospitality Assistant

Your Adventure:

Join our team as a Hospitality Assistant, responsible for ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Assist with welcoming and checking-in guests, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Support the team in managing reservations, attending to inquiries, and offer travel guidance to enhance our guests' stay.
Coordinate with partners, tour guides, and transportation services to ensure smooth logistics and timely departures.
Collaborate with our culinary team to curate unique dining experiences that capture the essence of local Italian gastronomy.
Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining records, updating databases, and managing correspondence.

Your Profile:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry, showcasing your passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
