At Dold AG, we are looking for a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for efficiency to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to the smooth flow of goods and materials, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments to effectively plan and coordinate the procurement, production, and delivery of goods
Optimize inventory levels and monitor stock movements
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistic service providers
Track and analyze transport activities, ensuring efficient routes and cost-effective solutions
Implement and improve operational processes to enhance supply chain performance
Handle documentation, including invoices, shipping schedules, and customs declarations
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any disruptions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
