Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital welcomes you to join our team as an Operations Associate. As part of our dynamic and collaborative work environment, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our logistics and transportation operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement of goods within our hospital premises, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
Collaborate with various departments to identify transportation needs and optimize logistical efficiency.
Assist in the development of logistics plans and strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Monitor supply chain activities, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing appropriate solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in using computer applications for record-keeping and data analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices is desirable.
