Position: Performance Amplifier

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative strategies to maximize the performance of athletes, teams, and organizations in the sports and entertainment industry.
Collaborate closely with coaches, trainers, and management to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Analyze data, conduct research, and keep up-to-date with industry trends to stay at the forefront of performance optimization techniques.
Design training programs, performance enhancement protocols, and mental skills training methodologies.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to optimize the potential of individuals and teams.

Requirements:

A strong background in sports science, exercise physiology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with athletes, teams, or organizations to enhance performance.
Deep understanding of sports/entertainment industry dynamics and relevant performance optimization strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of specialized software/tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
