Position: Performance Amplifier
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies to maximize the performance of athletes, teams, and organizations in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Collaborate closely with coaches, trainers, and management to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Analyze data, conduct research, and keep up-to-date with industry trends to stay at the forefront of performance optimization techniques.
- Design training programs, performance enhancement protocols, and mental skills training methodologies.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to optimize the potential of individuals and teams.
Requirements:
- A strong background in sports science, exercise physiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with athletes, teams, or organizations to enhance performance.
- Deep understanding of sports/entertainment industry dynamics and relevant performance optimization strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of specialized software/tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
