Position: Health and Wellness Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement health and wellness programs for the community
- Coordinate sports and fitness activities, such as group workouts and competitive events
- Assess individual fitness levels and provide personalized coaching and training plans
- Collaborate with local schools, organizations, and businesses to promote healthy living
- Conduct workshops and seminars on nutrition and overall well-being
- Ensure the safety of all participants during sports and fitness activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in organizing and leading sports or fitness programs
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals
- Certification in a relevant field is preferred
