Are you passionate about art and design? Do you have a keen eye for innovative styles? Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Flims Laax Falera is looking for a talented individual to join our creative team as an Innovative Style Coordinator.

As the Innovative Style Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the artistic direction of our ski and snowboard school. Your work will involve integrating art and design elements across our school's branding, marketing materials, and overall experience. You will collaborate with instructors, management, and external partners to develop unique and visually appealing concepts that reflect our brand's identity and captivate our audience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of visually stunning promotional materials, advertisements, and online content
Conceptualize, plan, and execute art exhibitions and installations that communicate our brand's vision to visitors
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to create compelling visual content
Regularly research art and design trends to ensure our school remains at the forefront of style and innovation
Provide guidance and support to the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry-specific software for efficient and creative work processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in various artistic mediums
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and typography
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
A passion for winter sports and an appreciation for mountain culture
Fluency in English; German or French language skills are a plus
