As a Production Innovation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's manufacturing processes to new heights. Your main responsibilities will include:

Identifying and implementing innovative manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and productivity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production workflows
Researching and evaluating new technologies and equipment to enhance our manufacturing capabilities
Analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving a culture of innovation within the production team

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process optimization and innovation. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving innovation
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant manufacturing tools
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
