Le Mans Motorsports Engineering Firm is a dynamic and innovative company located in the beautiful region of Pays de la Loire, France. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Production Innovation Specialist.
As a Production Innovation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's manufacturing processes to new heights. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and implementing innovative manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production workflows
- Researching and evaluating new technologies and equipment to enhance our manufacturing capabilities
- Analyzing production data and identifying areas for improvement
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving a culture of innovation within the production team
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process optimization and innovation. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving innovation
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant manufacturing tools
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
