We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Connections team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans
Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and assessments
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role
Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
