Position: Multicultural Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse customer base
Identify opportunities for expanding our retail presence in multicultural communities
Build strong relationships with customers, promoting our products and services
Create and deliver engaging presentations to educate customers on our offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales or customer service roles in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building customer relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in multiple languages preferred
