Position: Multicultural Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse customer base
- Identify opportunities for expanding our retail presence in multicultural communities
- Build strong relationships with customers, promoting our products and services
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to educate customers on our offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles in a multicultural environment
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred
