About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our order fulfillment process, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and train fulfillment staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands
Optimize order fulfillment processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order-related issues
Maintain a safe and secure working environment, following all safety protocols

Qualifications:

Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
