Position: Security Solutions Specialist

As a Security Solutions Specialist at Citi, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's personnel, assets, and information. Your expertise in military and security strategies will be leveraged to develop and implement advanced security solutions tailored to Citi's needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and design efficient and effective security solutions.
Implement best practices in physical and cyber security to mitigate risks and safeguard Citi's infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on security requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Create and deliver training programs to enhance security awareness among employees.
Stay updated on emerging security technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience in designing and implementing security solutions, preferably in a military or law enforcement context.
Strong knowledge of physical and cyber security principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Relevant certifications in security management are a plus.
