Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Strategic Insights Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving data analysis and research to support our strategic planning initiatives. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to gather market insights, evaluate trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market dynamics, urban development trends, and policy frameworks
Identify and evaluate potential opportunities for sustainable urban development projects
Collect and interpret data from various sources to derive meaningful insights
Prepare reports and presentations, effectively communicating insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and urban solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Economics, Social Sciences)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets
Proficiency in data visualization techniques and statistical software (e.g., Tableau, R, Python, SPSS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
