Position: Production Technology Specialist

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative production processes and technologies to optimize efficiency and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and propose viable solutions
Supervise production activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for further optimization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leading projects to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Provide technical support and training to production teams

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role
Strong knowledge of industrial automation, process optimization, and quality management systems
Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders
Fluency in German and English
