Position: Digitalization Strategist

About the Role:

Develop and execute digitalization strategies to optimize our operations and environmental sustainability efforts.
Evaluate emerging trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for integration into our energy and environmental initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze data and develop meaningful insights, providing recommendations for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Lead the implementation of digital projects, overseeing their successful completion.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital transformation strategies, preferably in the energy or environmental sector.
In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and big data analytics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
