Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis in collaboration with partner organizations to address critical child-related issues.
Design and execute research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Lead the development of innovative solutions to improve child welfare and well-being.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure evidence-based interventions and policies.
Stay up-to-date with scientific advancements in child-focused research and recommend best practices.

Requirements:

Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public health, or child development.
Proven experience in research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Sound knowledge of child rights and child protection frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
