Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and execute experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of gene-editing technologies.
Conduct molecular and cellular assays to assess the mechanisms and outcomes of genetic modifications.
Analyze and interpret experimental results; present findings in team meetings and scientific conferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize new therapeutic approaches.
Stay abreast of new scientific developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

PhD in Biomedical Sciences or related field.
Strong background in molecular biology, cellular biology, or genetics.
Experience with gene-editing technologies, such as CRISPR, preferred.
Proven track record of conducting independent research and publishing in reputable scientific journals.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multidisciplinary team setting.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
