As the Innovation and Collaboration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial atmosphere and driving the spirit of innovation within FLIRHD. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals dedicated to advancing research in hematological disorders. Your expertise in services-related fields will allow you to contribute to the growth and success of our foundation.

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the innovation strategy of FLIRHD, identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
Promote a culture of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, fostering a supportive environment where ideas are valued and nurtured.
Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, industry leaders, and research institutions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in a related field, such as Business Administration, Innovation Management, or Technology.
Extensive experience in a services-related industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sector and its emerging trends.
Proven track record in leading innovation initiatives and implementing creative solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills, providing guidance and inspiration to your team members.
