Position: Agricultural Resource Coordinator

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies for agricultural development, including leveraging resources, fostering partnerships, and identifying funding opportunities.
  • Coordinate with farmers, agricultural organizations, and community leaders to promote sustainable practices, increase agricultural productivity, and support rural development.
  • Provide technical assistance and expertise to diverse stakeholders, including farmers, landowners, and community organizations, to foster agricultural innovation.
  • Develop educational programs and initiatives to engage the public in understanding and supporting agriculture and rural development efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to agriculture and rural development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices, rural development, and sustainability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management, grant writing, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
