Position: Agricultural Resource Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for agricultural development, including leveraging resources, fostering partnerships, and identifying funding opportunities.
Coordinate with farmers, agricultural organizations, and community leaders to promote sustainable practices, increase agricultural productivity, and support rural development.
Provide technical assistance and expertise to diverse stakeholders, including farmers, landowners, and community organizations, to foster agricultural innovation.
Develop educational programs and initiatives to engage the public in understanding and supporting agriculture and rural development efforts.
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and policies related to agriculture and rural development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices, rural development, and sustainability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships and engage diverse stakeholders.
Experience in project management, grant writing, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
