We are currently hiring for the position of Field-to-Table Specialist!

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to supporting local farms and providing high-quality, sustainable produce to our customers. You will collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and our dedicated team to ensure the integrity and freshness of the products we offer.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with local farmers and suppliers
Oversee the sourcing and selection of fresh produce
Ensure the adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Develop innovative strategies to promote local agriculture
Conduct regular field visits to assess farm operations and maintain strong partnerships
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the agriculture industry
Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
