Job Description:
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners, establishing long-term relationships.
- Present the benefits of becoming a Tecnocasa franchisee, highlighting the company's lucrative rewards and benefits package.
- Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities in the region.
- Negotiate and close franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners, assisting them in implementing effective business strategies.
- Regularly review and analyze franchise performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new franchisees.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise sales or related field within the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving goals and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry and the franchising model.
- Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
