Job Description:

  • Identify and approach potential franchise partners, establishing long-term relationships.
  • Present the benefits of becoming a Tecnocasa franchisee, highlighting the company's lucrative rewards and benefits package.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities in the region.
  • Negotiate and close franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners, assisting them in implementing effective business strategies.
  • Regularly review and analyze franchise performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new franchisees.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in franchise sales or related field within the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving goals and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate industry and the franchising model.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
