Position Overview:

As an Agricultural Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize the coordination of agricultural activities, ensuring the smooth running of operations. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of tasks, including logistics, resource allocation, budgeting, and compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to improve agricultural processes and maximize efficiency.
Coordinate transportation and logistics to ensure timely delivery of agricultural goods.
Manage inventory and storage of agricultural products.
Supervise and provide guidance to field staff, promoting efficient and safe working practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agricultural projects, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to secure necessary resources.
Oversee budgeting and financial management for agricultural operations.
Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in agricultural operations management or a related field.
