Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Sustainable Business Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth and promoting environmental responsibility within our Franchise/Chain division.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable business strategies and initiatives.
Identify and analyze environmental impact and risks within the Franchise/Chain industry.
Drive innovation and recommend sustainable practices to enhance business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the business.
Evaluate and establish partnerships with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability.
Keep up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry trends related to sustainable business practices.
Measure and report on key sustainability performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainable business development, preferably in the Franchise/Chain industry.
Demonstrated understanding of environmental and social impact assessment methodologies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw actionable insights from complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
