Your Role:

Coordinate the production of creative crafting items, from ideation to delivery
Collaborate with the design team to develop new product concepts
Manage the manufacturing process, ensuring timely production and quality control
Work closely with suppliers and external partners to optimize production processes
Monitor inventory levels and make strategic purchasing decisions
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within a creative or design-focused environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Knowledge of production processes and quality control principles
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products
Fluency in Swedish and English
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
