Your Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, requests, and support tickets, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our services, promotions, and schedules, assisting customers with their travel plans.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to coordinate efforts and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in the customer experience, proposing innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to effectively interact with diverse customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of the transportation industry and an understanding of our services and offerings.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
