Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Digital Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative digital strategies to enhance our online presence and connect with our audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital engagement strategies to support the hospital's mission and goals
Manage and optimize social media platforms, website content, and other digital channels
Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms
Monitor trends in the healthcare industry and identify opportunities for increased digital engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with overall marketing efforts
Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital strategies
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and web analytics
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
