Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable tourism strategies and initiatives that align with our company's values and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, industry partners, and NGOs, to promote responsible tourism practices.
Monitor and evaluate the environmental impact of tourism activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing sustainable solutions.
Raise awareness and educate tourists, local residents, and industry professionals about sustainable tourism practices and the importance of environmental conservation.
Create partnerships with local organizations to support community-based tourism initiatives and empower local communities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to sustainable tourism.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tourism, Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in sustainable tourism management or related roles.
Strong knowledge of environmental conservation practices and sustainable development goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with local tourism regulations and industry standards.
