Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in assigned territories
Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding clientele
Assist customers in selecting appropriate tabletop products to meet their needs
Provide information about product features, prices, and uses
Ensure accurate and timely order processing
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in both German and English
Proficient in MS Office applications
Flexibility to travel within assigned territories
