Director of Wellness and Culinary Innovation

Ligurian Association of Food Artisans is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Wellness and Culinary Innovation. We are a leading organization in the Liguria region of Italy, dedicated to promoting the rich culinary heritage and fostering innovation in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of wellness programs and initiatives that align with our mission
Collaborate with local healthcare professionals and nutritionists to create educational materials and workshops
Research and identify emerging trends in the healthcare and culinary fields to drive innovation
Manage a team of culinary experts and wellness coordinators
Oversee the planning and execution of culinary events and workshops
Establish partnerships with healthcare organizations and institutions
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of our programs

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or culinary industry
Strong knowledge of nutrition and wellness principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and implement successful wellness programs
Passion for promoting healthy eating habits and sustainable food practices
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Fluency in both Italian and English
