- Manage a team of culinary experts and wellness coordinators
- Oversee the planning and execution of culinary events and workshops
- Establish partnerships with healthcare organizations and institutions
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of our programs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare or culinary industry
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and wellness principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful wellness programs
- Passion for promoting healthy eating habits and sustainable food practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in both Italian and English
