Your Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable experience programs for customers visiting Texas.
Evaluate the impact of tourism and design engaging activities highlighting energy conservation and environmental consciousness.
Collaborate with local businesses, attractions, and stakeholders to create unique and memorable experiences for visitors.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the development of new offerings.
Create and deliver informative presentations and workshops promoting sustainable practices in the tourism industry.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
Previous experience in event management, tourism, or hospitality.
Passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of environmental principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
