Position: Innovation Manager

Job Description:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement.
Identify emerging trends and technologies in the media/sponsorship industry to stay ahead of the competition.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive creative and disruptive solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging and supporting new ideas.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to create mutually beneficial relationships.
Conduct market research to gain insights into customer preferences and demands.
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of innovative campaigns and projects.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in driving innovation and creativity in a media/advertising/entertainment environment.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Prior experience in managing teams or leading projects will be advantageous.
