Position: Agricultural Growth Specialist

Job Description:

Work closely with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and rural communities to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
Conduct market analysis and research on agricultural trends, identify new markets, and develop innovative solutions in agricultural practices.
Provide expert advice and support on agricultural techniques, equipment, and products to optimize production and increase yield.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new agricultural product lines.
Organize and conduct training programs and workshops for farmers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, best practices, and regulatory changes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Rural Development, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and implementing successful agricultural projects.
Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, livestock management, and agricultural technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with farmers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make strategic recommendations.
Passion for agriculture and commitment to making a positive impact on rural communities.
