Position: Sustainable Production Specialist

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable manufacturing practices
Assess and improve existing production processes to minimize waste and environmental impact
Identify opportunities for renewable energy integration and other eco-friendly initiatives
Monitor and analyze production data to ensure compliance with sustainability standards
Provide training and guidance to production staff on sustainable practices
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to sustainability policies
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in sustainable manufacturing

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role
Strong knowledge of sustainable manufacturing principles and practices
Familiarity with environmental regulations and certifications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
Passionate about sustainable development and environmental protection
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience in cosmetics manufacturing is an asset
